    1. Kentico Support should have way to be contacted through Skype.

      Having Kentico able to be reached through Skype would avoid the need for users to try and communicate their issue via email, sending videos or screenshots, or phone. All of these other methods make it hard to communicate something that could easily be demonstrated via Skype with a shared desktop.
