Default Forum Settings
Allow forum settings to be set at the highest level and flow down from there. Security, moderators, subscriptions, view and such. It would be great if these could simply flow instead of having to set each individual sub-forum.

Add a 'mark as spam' button to forums
Add a 'mark as spam' button to forum comments and questions. So that it's easy to crowdsource the spamfiltering.
eg: http://devnet.kentico.com/Forums.aspx?forumid=47&threadid=21429
The last comment (about the coach outlet) is a spam comment, but I don't see any way to tell kentico about it!

Mark as spam is good idea, we will consider it for next releases. In the current version forums module have implemented abuse report.

develop more career section
When the someone looking for a position in your company and he press on the interessting position, it will be nice to have a form automatic showed up to this person and the required questions and upload cv for this position is showed up. I hope you can understand my idea.

Enable Forum Post Edit and Delete
Users should be able to edit and delete their own forum posts. They should be able to delete them if they have not yet been replied to and edit them at any point. Perhaps even add a setting that allows us to control how much time the post can be editable for so that the poster has N number of minutes to edit their post before they can't edit it anymore.
