Copy Document Type
Sometimes a document is CLOSE to what I want but not exactly what I need. I don't want to modify the existing document type or muddy the waters by adding irrelevant transformations and fields so I have to create a brand new document resembling the old one.
It would ne nice to copy the document and then be able to change whatever I need to at that point.

Add "NodeOrderGlobal" field
This would exist in addition to "NodeOrder" and be populated automatically. It would indicate order in the entire tree so documents can be output in their actual order. Documentation suggests "NodeLevel, NodeOrder, NodeName" but this does not work for nested documents.

Enhance Document Library to support multiple levels and Explorer like navigation
Document library is currently only a single level. Enhance this to add multiple level support similar to Windows Explorer or the CMS Desk where you can navigate the structure on the left and view the content on the right. Current workaround it to use the treeview webpart, but this isn't exactly pretty.
